Recipe of Egg Paratha. Every time I’m preparing some special dish for the audience. For this time I’m preparing the Egg Paratha. As everyone know that Egg is one of the protein developing things which give lot of protein to body. We can eat the egg in different ways. Now I’m giving you the one of the easy way to eat egg in roti. Let’s start preparing the Egg patatha.
1/2 kg maida
salt to taste
1 egg for each paratha
1 tsp pepper powder
1 cup ghee or dalda
Take one bowl and add maida salt ghee with little water kneed well. After mixing it keep it for 15 minutes. Now make it as rolls into a paratha fry both sides with ghee. Now add one egg to a paratha on top add little salt. Smash everything with a spoon and add pepper powder. Serve hot with Roselle (gongura) / coconut chutney.
